1. DELIVERY & SHIPMENT
We only ship with insurance. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email indicating your order tracking number and a link to the courier's website. With this service you can track your order at any time. At the moment of delivery and signature, the responsibility for your purchased item(s) transfers to you, the buyer. It takes 5-6 work days to deliver your order Europe, excluding bank holidays. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card to inform you how to reschedule your delivery. We can not change the delivery address for re-delivery. Orders are generally delivered between 8pm and 2pm. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
